For Individual Camps, return your completed application with a full tuition payment. For Team Camps, all applications must be submitted in one envelop with a full tuition payment for each camper and coach. Team Camps are limited to a minimum of 9 and a maximum of 15 campers per team. Mail applications and payments to:

Insurance & Medical Care
Please provide a copy of your medical insurance card with your camp application. A professional trainer is on duty at all times, a doctor is on call, and hospital services are always available. The camp assumes no responsibility for accidents or illness. We will not accept a camper with a pre-existing medical problem, unless we have been notified before registration and a medical release is signed.
If the camper requires accommodation for a disability please contact Barb Russell (509-335-5747) at least one month prior to camp.

Cancellations
Individual Camps
If for any reason you need to cancel your reservation, you will receive a refund minus a $100 administrative fee. However, no refunds are issued if you cancel within 14 days prior to the start of camp, or if you fail to appear at the camp. Refunds are not given for resident campers who change to day camper status within 14 days prior to the start of camp or at anytime during the camp. Refunds and discounted tuition rates are not available for athletes arriving late or leaving early.
Team Camp
If a team camper needs to cancel their reservation they will receive a refund minus a $100 administrative fee. Additionally, if the team enrollment drops below 9 as a result of a cancelled reservation, then a replacement camper must register with that team, otherwise the camper does not receive a $100 refund. The High School Coach, as opposed to individual campers and parents, must contact our office regarding cancellations and replacements. |
