Cancellations and Refunds

Individual Camps
If for any reason you need to cancel your reservation, you will receive a refund minus a $100 administrative fee. However, no refunds are issued if you cancel within 14 days prior to the start of camp, or if you fail to appear at the camp. Refunds are not given for resident campers who change to day camper status within 14 days prior to the start of camp or at anytime during the camp. Refunds and discounted tuition rates are not available for athletes arriving late or leaving early.

Team Camp
If a team camper needs to cancel their reservation they will receive a refund minus a $100 administrative fee. Additionally, if the team enrollment drops below 9 as a result of a cancelled reservation, then a replacement camper must register with that team, otherwise the camper does not receive a $100 refund. The High School Coach, as opposed to individual campers and parents, must contact our office regarding cancellations and replacements.
